Fog

Thanks to Sweetest in the Gale for this week's prompt, fog.

fog

mornings
heavy and damp
hang
as doppelgangers

I have been
here before
afraid
at times like this
the tired air
must be plucked
tenderly

The fog is bringing out the eerieness here.
You are not alone in your fog. I sense from reading the others some of those writers are lurking right beside you hidden by the fog (as doppelgangers).

'I have been here before' sings of events that proffered strong lessons. Lovely!

the beauty of not being afraid of fog is that with a simple wisp of breath you can change the shape of it.
